Yes! Your Dzennergy subscription works across all your devices. We have dedicated apps for iOS and Android, plus a responsive web version that works on any browser. Your data syncs automatically, so you can start meal planning on your laptop and check your shopping list on your phone while at the supermarket. You can be logged in on up to 5 devices simultaneously with a single account.

The Dzennergy dashboard gives you several ways to track progress. Beyond just weight (which is optional), we help you monitor energy levels, sleep quality, meal consistency, cooking confidence, and other holistic health markers. You'll complete a quick weekly check-in that takes just 2 minutes, and our system generates visual progress reports that highlight patterns and improvements. Many members find these non-scale victories more motivating than traditional metrics!

Absolutely - and they're super convenient! Once you've selected your meals for the week, our system automatically generates a consolidated shopping list organized by department (produce, dairy, etc.). You can remove ingredients you already have, add custom items, and even send the list to major grocery delivery services. The list also shows estimated costs to help with budgeting and identifies which ingredients can be used across multiple recipes to minimize waste.

Life happens, and we get it! You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months without losing your data or progress. This is perfect for holidays or busy periods. If you need to cancel, you can do so easily through your account settings. We don't lock you into long contracts – all subscriptions are month-to-month unless you choose an annual plan. If you decide to return later, your profile and history will be waiting for you.

Our live cooking sessions happen weekly via Zoom and are included in Premium and Ultimate memberships. The schedule is published a month in advance, and you'll receive ingredient lists 5 days before each class. Can't make it live? No problem! All sessions are recorded and added to our library within 24 hours. During live classes, you can ask questions in real-time, and our chefs will often provide personalized feedback and modifications based on what they see.
